My refrigerator died right before leaving on vacation so I ordered a new one online.Price seemed great and I did not want delivery for at least 10 days.
Delivery information was scarce so I kept checking the website - there was this same unit priced almost $300 less than I paid! When I contacted them to apply their "price match" policy, they refused and instead offered a "free 10-year warranty".
Unit arrived damaged and an extremely rude customer service rep offered to sell me the damaged one at the same price as a new one was now posted on the website! When I pointed this out, he became argumentative and rude.
The unit went back and I am hoping my refund will be processed immediately - I'll be contacting the credit card company to be sure!Now, I am more than 2 weeks without refrigerator and starting the search over.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1359.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
