Appliances Connection - Once they have your money, they do nothing if it fails!
Buy local to avoid the hassle you will get if you need Appliance Connection to fix a problem. I bought a dishwasher that was a certain brand not popular to the US.
It said it had warranty and so I figured I was covered. It took almost 3 weeks to get it. It was in route 2 weeks from back East so I know it shipped. It looked fine when we got it but after installation it fried a wire that was rubbed almost in two from the long shipping time.
It took out the main board. Appliance Connection said to call the warranty administrator of this brand and gave me false information. I finally found the correct number and come to find out, there are very few trained repair facilities in the US for this Italian dishwasher. None in our area.
I told them this and they refused to help or take it back. I ended up begging a local repair company to take it on and work with the warranty to get it fixed. Over a month later it is still not fixed but were hopeful since they are replacing all bad parts as they find them. Fact of the matter is, Appliance Connection kept putting it off on the warranty and saying I had to deal with that and not them.
They sold a product with no repair centers in the US! My situation may be rare but I would avoid them like the plague!
They give you the run around and are not there for the customer but there for the almighty dollar! Buy local!
