I wish I had found this site BEFORE we got ripped off by AC. We are staring at a busted $1500 range with no idea when or if we will get a refund or any help. It took 22 days for the range to get here, so I can't even guess how long a return would take to get to them. Very shady, dishonest, almost illegal in my opinion!!!
I have filed with BBB and am working with Frigidaire to see if they can help us resolve our problem. So far, Frigidaire is WAY more interested in seeing us satisfied than AC has been and we haven't paid Frigidaire a dime! AC has $3000 and we have a broken range and a mis-labeled microwave trim kit. (Correct box, wrong trim kit and instruction booklet inside. Booklet says "ONLY FOR USE WITH ELECTROLUX MODELS XXXXXXXXX, etc. and since our micro is a Frigidaire model of another number, it makes sense it doesn't fit)
