I wish I had found this site BEFORE we got ripped off by AC. We are staring at a busted $1500 range with no idea when or if we will get a refund or any help. It took 22 days for the range to get here, so I can't even guess how long a return would take to get to them. Very shady, dishonest, almost illegal in my opinion!!!

I have filed with BBB and am working with Frigidaire to see if they can help us resolve our problem. So far, Frigidaire is WAY more interested in seeing us satisfied than AC has been and we haven't paid Frigidaire a dime! AC has $3000 and we have a broken range and a mis-labeled microwave trim kit. (Correct box, wrong trim kit and instruction booklet inside. Booklet says "ONLY FOR USE WITH ELECTROLUX MODELS XXXXXXXXX, etc. and since our micro is a Frigidaire model of another number, it makes sense it doesn't fit)

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1449.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

They will stall you on the return until you u reach the 30 day close off for returns.Then they will tell you 30 days have passed and you can't return.

I contacted BBB. Also contact your credit card company and have them remove the charge. The State's Attorney in Brooklyn has a Consumer Complaint form you can fill out also. (Appliances Connection is in Brooklyn).

I don't know how these people are still in business. I guess they must be VERY good at ripping people off. I thought I got a GREAT deal I got on a washer dryer, then they didn't do the installation and the Maytag Warranty person who came yesterday told me the dryer I bought had been dropped from a very high place and was obliterated on the inside.
