I had a similar experience to all the other reviews, only wish I had read them first! It's been a month and still no sofa.

Ship date got pushed out twice, and now it's been sitting in a freight terminal 4 hours away for 6 days. The tracking on the website listed a delivery date of today, however when I contacted the carrier they stated that was only an "estimate". Now I can't get any one to give me a new "estimated" delivery date. Nor can I get Appliances Connection to credit the expedite shipping (I paid $69.99).

Additionally they won't reply to my on-line tickets. DO NOT BUY anything from these people!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
