Appliances Connection - Class Action Law Suit

Why don't we all go in on a class action law suit together?! We all have the same story and they have been pulling this for years.
They are selling used appliances and then not accepting returns. They send the items damaged wait for someone to sign for them and then refuse to take them back. We actually refused our item but then after two months they said an engineer had seen pictures of it and it was only cosmetic damage. When we got the item and signed for it the damage was significant and it was missing parts.
Now they will only refund if we ship the AC unit back which costs nearly $700.
They really have some bad business practices.

I am going through the same situation with the same company....Appliances Connection Brooklyn Newyork....any help is greatly appreciated.
I had the same thing happen. I agree a class action law suit would be great.
The AG in NY could care less FYI I contacted them many times over. Lawyer willing to take on case would be only way to go.
Did anything become of this?
Did you turn them in to the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission? That would be a good place to start.
Did you ever resolve this? I'm ready to join a class action suit.
Washing machine didn't work on delivery. We are within the 30-day Return Policy they state they will pick up the machine and exchange or give full refund. We want a full refund. They won't do it.
I don't want another machine from them.
Please do. Let me tell you.
I have worked for these guys and they are professional crooks.
Please do sue them !! Three lawsuits at one time should set them straight.
Anonymous - How long did you work for them? I understand you being anonymous - but do tell us more about their practices.
I am definitely interested in just how they come about these appliances and their theory as to how yelling, screaming and threatening customers works for them. Any information greatly appreciated.
Contact the manufacturer I hounded the manufacturer and received undamaged product directly from them. If enough complaints come in and they view the existing complaints they could very well not allow them to sell their product and ruin their reputation as well.
This was without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I agree. Do you know any lawyers?
I ordered a set of 4 appliances and all 4 arrived severely damaged.
Let's go! I am ready!
Talk is cheap. LEt sue the bastards & liars!!!
